Cheetah Girls Breakup
The Cheetah Girls, the beloved Disney group, decided to break up after the “One World” tour, which ended on December 22.
“We always knew this tour would probably be our last. We were excited about going out on a high note, it’s sad that this negative attention put a damper on that,” Kiely Williams told In Touch magazine.
The “negative attention” that Williams is referring to is the surfacing of nude photos from bandmate Adrienne Bailonwill, though the girls claim that the photos are not the reason they’re splitting.
The group claims that their seperation is because they want time to focus on solo projects. Keily Williams recently released a single, “Make Me a Drink,” Sabrina Bryan co-authored the book “Princess of Gossip,” and Adrienne Bailon has released the song “Only You” featuring Jay-Z. Bailon is also expected to have an album out later this year.
